Determination

Once a big fat Mouse and a lively little Mouse were hopping along together when they had the misfortune of jumping into a pail of fresh milk. They swam for hours and hours hoping to get out somehow; but the sides of the pail were steep and slippery and death seemed to be certain. When the big Mouse was exhausted he lost courage. There seemed no hope of rescue. "Why keep struggling against the inevitable? I cannot swim any longer." He moaned. "Keep on! Keep on!" urged the little Mouse, who was still circling the pail. The First B-ball experience

During recess today, Xue Wei, Jovi, Clinton and I went to play besketball. Jovi and I were eating lunch together at first, then he told me they were playing so I just tagged along to have some fun. Fun... not really the word to use though. When we got there there was a Sec 2 boy playing. He challenged us 1 vs 4. First to seven won. Well he got it and thrashed us 7-2. Fortunately Xue Wei saved face for us. He scored a sweet three-pointer and the other was just an easy shot. The REAL test began though. The Sec 2's friends came and we dicided to play a match. Two of his friends joined our team. So it was 6 vs 3. They got straight to us right from the start and took a deserved lead. The tall guy was a strong man. He did so many turns and even bounced the ball under my legs... and I was left stunned there. However, we sooned grew our momentum and started to follow the speed of the game. Life - It's Really Like That

For those who agree with me that Life is just like a chess game, you are quite right to agree with me. For those who don’t agree with me on that matter, let’s just say you have a long, long way to go before you finally realize your full potential. But I bet you must be asking, “Why is this ***hole speaking of such matters at this time. It’s actually very simple. We are already on the third part of out life journey. Okay, make that four if you count the time when we were babies. But now is probably the most important part of our lives. We, 13-year-olds, fighting for a bright future, whichever way you interpret that word ‘future’. Okay, back to the part where saying where Life is like a chess game. In Life, we have to plan every move before talking it. What’s it called? I think you can say it’s δΈ‰ζ€θ€Œθ‘Œ in Chinese terms. Seriously, what’s Life without obstacles and difficulties?
