Emo
Can someone out there just tell me the answer to this legendary question?:
Why do people love to emo when things don't go their way?
Okay forget about trying to find the answer for me. Let me just dig deeper into this amazing but crazy problem.
People (Yes, I am speaking of my friends obviously) love to emo when things don't go their way. Now, is this really the only say to settle your mood? I mean, when you emo, you tend to think about the happenings over and over again. Oh my word, doesn't that just make the problem worse? Okay, I think I'm getting a little biased towards my own views. Well, haha! I do emo too at times so I think I'll start speaking seriously.
When someone is emo, he or she tends to feel that they have been greatly misunderstood and that life isn't fair to them. It could be because of many reasons, whether it's about parents, friends, jobs and many more.
Here are some things you could do when you're emo:
Firstly, find a very close and trusted friend to express your feelings to. Emotions, both anger or sadness, must be expressed. The more your keep your feelings to yourself, you'll find that in time your emotions will worsen - you'll become more angry at the person, or more sad towards an incident. So you have to pour your heart out to someone to deal with emotions.
Secondly, comfort yourself. After you pour your heart out, you'll usually have very mixed feelings. So, comfort yourself in bed. Wrap yourself around a tight blanket to camouflage yourself from the outside world. Think about the happiest moments of your life. =)
Lastly, just enjoy a good laugh! Read the CRAZIEST JOKES ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!
Hope you can stop emo-ing now. blabla
