Volleyball Practice
Argh...! My first two volleyball training sessions started this week and it was awesome but tiring!!! I learned how to dig, set, serve and spike but still not good at it yet. AND MY SETTING SUX T_T!!! Anyway, forget about that, I also managed to make new friends, like Rui Yang, Jian Hao and Cruise(if that's his name). We had fun and enjoyable moments in the first two sessions. On Tuesday, we had a so-called orientation. Getting to know our seniors and team-mates were fun. We had to do warm-up too, running around the track once. At the end, we had to do a PT (Physical Training), On Tuesday, we had to do 50 push-ups, 50 leg pushes and 100 touch jumps. On Friday, we had to jump up the BIG steps of the Grandstand 20 rounds. Interesting and I'kk be looking forward to more!!
